Pada waktu sebelumnya Lexus juga sempat membawa mobil konsep LF-LC-nya, yang setelah itu menjadi mobil produksi LC 500 pada tahun 2016. Pada waktu performanya mulai meningkat, Lexus semakin eksis dan terus memboyong model eksotis untuk mencuri banyak perhatian.
Adrian Tirtadjaja, General Manager Lexus Indonesia mengungkapkan, mobil konsep tersebut nantinya akan menyasar orang-orang yang sudah sampai pada tahap menikmati hidup, dengan semaksimal mungkin.
“Mobil ini representasi komitmen kami menghadirkan teknologi dan kenyamanan, dalam menghasilkan pengalaman yang luar biasa bagi pengendara. Dalam hal ini, Lexus tidak lagi bicara teknologi sebatas mengenai fungsi dan performa pada sebuah kendaraan, namun sudah sampai kepada ekploitasi emosi, gairah dan imajinasi pengendara,” ucap Adrian, Jumat (11/8/2017).
Kesan Agresif
Desain pada mobil konsep Lexus LF-C2 sangat terkesan agresif dan emosional, dengan guratan yang tajam bagian depan dan belakang. Kemudian untuk bagian depannya, spindle grille lebar terpasang, anyaman bentuk “L” dikatakan sebagai ikon desain Lexus
Mobil konsep Lexus LF-C2 turut diusungkan dengan velg berbahan alloy berukuran 20 inci dengan lima palang utama. Ada pula lubang ventilasi yang berada di bagian bemper depan, serta dekat roda belakang yang berfungsi sebagai pengantar udara dingin ke rem, sekaligus untuk mengatur aliran udara untuk menjaga kendaraan agar tetap stabil, pada saat dipacu pada kecepatan yang tinggi.
Interior
Beranjak dan dilihat dari bagian dalam mobil, Lexus menuangkan kesan yang mewah. Kursi jok kulit lembut berwarna putih dengan paduan abu-abu memberikan gambaran ruang kabin yang dapat berkesan lebih luas.
Kluster panel instrumen berdiri diantara kedua sisi jok, dan tersambung sampai dengan ke dashboard. Terdapat layar video yang dapat dikontrol dengan remote touchpad, untuk mempermudah penggunaan. Sentuhan akhir, Lexus menyematkan jam analog bergaya klasik di antara lubang pendingin udara (AC).
